Data mining parameters include: association, sequence or path analysis, classification, clustering and forecasting/ predictive analytics. Responsible for the accurate and timely updating of datamart reference tables. Data source integration and validation Conducts development and user acceptance testing on all changes, modification and additions to Group data sources and data marts. Conduct routine data validation to ensure data sources are correct and accurate. Maintenance and support of physical data model, reference tables and ETL processes. Application develop used to capture critical data points not available in original data sources Extract a variety of statistical data using various software applications. Assist and support application development and maintenance of databases utilized within Customer Service Delivery. Conducts development and maintenance of the Customer Service Delivery reporting infrastructure Responsible for creation, maintenance and publication of assigned reports. Ensures all reports/data-sets are created within Customer Service Delivery guidelines. Test any new reporting system. Identify and report any problems to the appropriate parties Conduct business analytics to report trends, customer impact and customer experience reporting. Report and analyze key performance indicators for Customer Service Delivery Analyze efficiency and functionality of reporting mechanisms and make recommendations for improvement. Analyze report coding, formats and structure to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Drives the execution of work to deliver a seamless operation of Customer Service Delivery Reporting and the achievement of its goals. Assists with the development and/or monitoring of workflow, procedures, and metrics to track employee and department productivity, gathers and analyzes statistics and makes recommendation for Department improvements. Identify information needed, sources, and how to use tools to deliver analysis and reports on Customer Service Delivery performance at the individual, department, and national level.
