Maintains records of applicants not selected for positions. 6. Provides and documents all in-services. 7. Utilizes videos and other required training materials. 8. Educates staff on all required policies and procedures. 9. Participate in daily Request for Analysis (RFA) meetings, acting as the customer advocate. Ensure that quotations, requests for credit and sales orders are entered promptly, thoroughly and accurately. Manage Company stocking programs, including various product lines (rolls and sheets) in Wausau, WI and at all external warehouses. Manage workload and job responsibilities of Company Receptionist, including the approval and coordination of tasks requested by other departments. Account Management Maintain and support customer accounts as directed by Management. Assign and align territories, including Inside Sales account distribution. Communicate forecast details with Inside Sales Representatives and monitor status by customer. Address and coordinate the timely resolution of customer complaints, including the communication of specific issues or concerns with the Outside Sales Representative and the customer.
