This person will be responsible for working off blueprints to set up the Press Brake to bend metal parts accordingly. This is a job shop, so there will be set-ups every 1 to 2 hours (will not be machining the same thing over and over). Hours are 11:00pm through 7:00am (Sunday through Thursday) and the pay will be $14 to $15 per hour (based on experience) with a $.30/hour shift differential. There will also be a review at 60 days of employment where associates are eligible for a pay increase and every year after that in July (amount based on performance). A Patient Service Representative (PSR) supports Brand Direct Health’s patients by providing quality customer service resulting in successful sales interactions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Participates in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards. Achieves daily inbound and outbound call requirement based on the team’s expectation Achieves minimum commission requirement of 2 points per hour worked Handles all calls in accordance with company standards – courteous, friendly, and professional Establishes rapport and build trust while assisting patients Quickly and accurately identifies the patient’s needs Uses services and available resources to meet patient’s needs Escalates issues as necessary Participates in required training to comply with all Federal and State regulations Meets dialogue requirements according to Quality Assurance form Maintains regular and reliable attendance record. Performs other duties as assigned This position will pay $12/hr base pay, plus commission with earning potential up to $18/hr with benefits.
