Responsibilities: Works with capital group to assist with the design and implementation of maintenance/mechanical related projects. Requires a general to broad knowledge of the application of mechanical engineering to plant constructability as applied to construction methods and materials, and the economics involved. Ensure that all maintenance/mechanical related work meets local, state, national and corporate codes and standards. Responsible for maintenance/mechanical PSM compliance (Management of Change, Mechanical Integrity, etc.). Initiate and lead productivity and cost savings projects, etc. Provides technical direction to maintenance supervisors, planners, and mechanics as required to maintain a robust preventative maintenance optimization program. Assist reliability engineers and technicians with rotating equipment vibration analysis and condition monitoring data interpretation, and recommend actions based on these analyses. Provide the first line of technical support to maintenance foremen and operating personnel for issues related to stationary and rotating equipment maintenance and reliability. Provide assistance with equipment performance troubleshooting as requested/required Works closely with capital engineers to ensure that process improvements and capital work are done correctly. Completes standard work each day and edits and improves standard work processes as opportunities arise. Details: The Wrap Facilitator is responsible for completing a comprehensive strengths-based assessment of the individual, working in full partnership with team members to develop a plan of care, overseeing the implementation of the plan, identifying providers of services or family-based resources, facilitating monthly community team meetings, making regular home visits, monitoring all services authorized for client care, and authorizing all care to maintain fiscal accountability. The Wrap Facilitator assures care is delivered in a manner consistent with strength-based, family-centered, and culturally competent values, offers consultation and education to all providers regarding the values of the model, monitors progress toward treatment goals, and assures that all necessary data for evaluation is gathered and recorded.
