Production Manager
Details: Generac Power Systems - Work with the leader in the power industry! Our office in Waukesha, WI is seeking a Production Manager. The Production Manager is responsible for leading the daily operation of multiple production shifts with responsibility for interacting with Planning, Purchasing, Materials, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Facilities and other departments to achieve maximum quality and cost effectiveness in an on-time and efficient manner. This position is also responsible for daily order execution, workforce flexibility, employee onboarding, productivity/efficiency, sequencing, process adherence, and training/development in production. This position reports directly to the Production Director. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Lead all facets of supervision including workforce flexibility, staffing, employee onboarding and training/development, to include cross-training. Lead all aspects of a section (or sections) of the total plant by establishing goals and objectives for the business and manages the assets assigned to that value stream (people and equipment). Ensure that key responsibilities are optimized to include daily order execution, productivity/efficiency, sequencing, and process adherence. Work closely with Planning, Purchasing and Materials Management and their teams to achieve SMART goals and KPI's. Develop and challenge resources to improve performance through systems utilization and process improvements. Coach and mentor production team to improve engagement and to establish communication channels between the cross functional teams. Ensure a safe work place is provided for all employees. Implement and execute frequent department safety inspections and assures the accurate completion of all accident reports. Interview and monitor performance of employees for assigned area. Review and evaluate their needs and potential. Develop appropriate cross-training programs. Review the daily and weekly shipping schedules and production capabilities to determine how to employ people, equipment and tooling to execute sequence and expedite daily orders. Design and direct the work of the team. Select, coach and develop staff. Set clear expectations to inspire and motivate the team. Manage performance - recognizing achievement, providing feedback and administering progressive discipline when necessary. Basic Qualifications : Bachelor's DegreeinEngineering, Business or Industrial Technology OR 8 years related experience in the Operations function within a similar working environment; 5 years of progressive Engineering management experience in similar work environment. Additional Qualifications: Experience leading a major cross-functional project that included managing resources, implementing project plans and timelines, identifying and removing roadblocks, implementation of improved product lines; Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment; Demonstrated understanding and application of lean manufacturing principles; Effective verbal and written communication skills; Demonstrated problem-solving ability, including the ability to identify creative and effective solutions and the ability to ask the right questions, help frame logical conclusions. Preferred Qualifications: ERP/MRP user (SAP/Oracle). This role will collaborate with end users and team members to develop ETL application requirements, work with subject matter experts to understand and document data usage, resolve issues with source data anomalies, and conduct source data assessments and create data profiles. The individual will participate in code reviews with other ETL developers and assist with troubleshooting and performance optimization of data integration jobs. Key Job Responsibilities Compile and translate user requirements into technical design and implementation plan. Design and implement data integration processes, including data quality and testing. Create and document logical data integration (ETL) strategies for data flows between disparate systems and the enterprise data warehouse. Perform other duties as assigned by manager to assist in the deployment of solutions Provide estimates for assigned tasks and work efforts. Provide project and task updates on a timely basis. Monitor production job schedule and correct job failures in a timely manner
Patient Access Rep II - Days (FT - Mon-Fri)
Details: Patient Access / Pre-Access representatives facilitate a welcome and easy access to the facility and are responsible for establishing an encounter for any patient who meets the guidelines for hospital service. Patient Access / Pre-Access staff ensures that all data entry is accurate including demographic and financial information for each account. Patient Access / Pre-Access has numerous procedural requirements including data elements, insurance verification, authorization for services, collections for all patient portions including prior balances and balancing of cash at shift end. Patient Access / Pre-Access staff is responsible for the successful financial outcome of all patient services. Patient Access / Pre-Access Representative communicate directly with patients and families, physicians, nurses, insurance companies and third party payers. This position requires professional appearance, behavior, and good communication skills. Patient Access / Pre-Access representatives require dependability, flexibility, and teamwork. This advanced level position is designed to promote the demonstrated knowledge and competency of Patient Access / Pre-Access duties in multiple areas, including a demonstrated ability to use good judgment in making independent decisions to resolve customer issues in all routine operations.
