Position Accountabilities  Collaborate with PMO Leader and other FM leadership to develop overall change management strategies and approach to support organizational and operational initiatives.  Coordinate, develop and drive change management plans for key FM initiatives (i.e. WorkSmart, Workplace strategy, Safety, Sustainability, enhancements/changes in customer services).  Provide change management support for the FM organization and customer-facing functions, including – stakeholder analysis/management; project engagement, planning, design and implementation; project pre/post evaluation, documenting and integrating lessons learned into future projects.  Coordinate and facilitate change management aspects of the WorkSmart program, including facilitation of the Workplace Program Office (WPO) activities with FM, IT, HR, Procurement representatives.  Function as a liaison between the internal FM and K-C organizations and external partners to ensure awareness of FM activities, compliance with change management guidelines and standards, and alignment in approach.  Prepare a variety of documents, presentations, reports, project newsletters, project/building handbooks, video messages, content for SharePoint sites, and other mediums for internal and external communications related to change management initiatives. Manage updates to the WorkSmart playbook. Travels - Up to 25%

Salm Partners, a manufacturer of ready-to-eatsausage products, has an immediate opportunity for a 2 nd & 3 rd Shift Material Handlers to perform shipping and receiving material handling functions for the company. The basic work schedule for 2 nd shift is 4:00pm –12:00am M-F and 3 rd Shift is 11:00pm – 7:00am S-Th. T he partners in these positions will provide supplies and raw material to the production line, load finished product onto trucks for shipment and unload incoming raw material and supplies, complete inspections, paperwork ,and maintain accurate inventory records in compliance with all safety andUSDA requirements. Some Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Conduct physical inventory of the warehouse; complete and submit paperwork. Complete appropriate documentation on the Product Transfer Log. Receive inbound blend shipments; enter data into Blend Receiving Log. Receive inbound supply shipments; unload trucks and deliver product to the appropriate locations. Complete Raw Material Inspections of all inbound shipments. Check received items to verify the correct product and quantity were delivered and undamaged. Enter product information into Receiving Log. Load trucks properly for shipment of finished product per the Bill of Lading. Ensure the correct paperwork is completed and accompanies each shipment. Transfer finished goods between coolers. Consolidate product as needed. Verify forklift equipment is in good operating condition prior to operating Follow all safety rules and regulations per established company policies.

Loan Documentation Specialist

Details: Loan Documentation Specialist - Candidates must be able to start immediately There could potentially be opportunities for overtime due to volumes and staffing however it is not guaranteed. Data entry scores required upon submittal KPH/10 Key and accuracy Overview: The department is responsible for creating consumer specialty loan documents for all three Wealth Management groups: Private Client Reserve/Affluent PCR , Private Client Group PCG and Community Banking Private Banking CBPB . These documents are created within a 24 hour SLA on a stand-alone system called Laser Pro Lending LPL . Loans can be unsecured or secured. Examples of secured collateral: auto, boat, real estate, stock, life insurance and land trust, etc. On average the department receives over 800 loan request and 40 revisions to be completed. There are daily production goals. When the worker begins, they will be trained on unsecured loans and will slowly progress to more complex products as they go. Between 9 months to 1 year, they could possibly be fully trained on all product types. The office is in a cubicle environment working individually but working towards hitting team goals. The worker is trained one on one hands on in a test environment on each product and will be required to meet certain quality goals before moving into productions. Once moved into production they will have a peer mentor to assist in processing questions.
