Job Purpose Processes all incoming faxes, emails and physical mail, distributes documents electronically to appropriate operations personnel, prepares and injects all documents into Jackson Document Storage (JDS). Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities Opens and sorts all income faxes, emails and physical mail. Scans all physical mail to create a PDF for uploading. Creates a Support Tracking System (STS) work order and uploads and attaches documents to the work order. Distributes STS work order and documents to appropriate department for processing. Clearly identify all Broker Dealer (BD) paperwork and make determination as to which work order type in STS the paperwork should be attached to. Prepares and injects all documents into JDS. Other duties Assist other departments in Operations if needed. Assist Mailroom if needed. Special projects as assigned by the Manager of BD Operations. Other duties as assigned by the Manager of BD Operations.

Details: Responsible for: - Performing incoming, in-process and final inspection of products, in accordance with acceptance criteria, internal standards and customer requirements. - Assisting on the preparation of work instructions related to quality - Performing measurements of thickness and other product control tests - Interacting with production personnel to coordinate inspection activities - Acting as quality liaison for inside sales support - Following the ESD, Safety and GMP protocols - Reporting nonconforming material - Preparing certificates of compliance, test report - Reporting performance of inspection activities - Maintaining files of drawings and production travelers - Maintaining neat and orderly work area - Potentially assisting in other areas or perform other duties as required by fluctuating business needs.
