Assists in maintaining current medical records, by filing, thinning and keep the charts organized and accurate. EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES: (This list may not include all of the duties assigned) Labs : Schedule routine labs; complete lab slips, notify lab, gather results as they come in and turn in originals to clinic nurse for review. Follow-up with lab if all labs not drawn or results not received.Labs are due the 2 nd Wednesday of each month. Labs : Assures that all labs are drawn as ordered. Place all yellow copies of lab requisition on clinic nurse desk after lab is drawn for the day. Assure that results on all tests are received each day. Schedule with Dr. Guillot for clearance. May be seen up to a week before surgery. Daily: doctor appointments. Schedule as needed, schedule all follow ups given to you by nurse. Dr. Guillot clinic: schedule clients and prepare paperwork. Day of clinic: copy physical for binder. Original to chart. Completes preventive maintenance tasks as assigned. 3. Performs equipment set-up at the start of a production run and during changeovers. Provides verbal communication to Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Tech, and written/electronic documentation regarding the status of all work orders including preventative maintenance, equipment set up, and repair work. 5.
