QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge, Skills and Abilities This position requires the incumbent to have completed education at the Bachelor’s degree level and one year case management experience working with individuals living in a community setting. Have a demonstrated wiliness to be responsive to the needs of the target population, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to function as part of a team. All candidates must be able to handle a flexible work environment and have strong decision making skills. Physical Requirement The employee’s work is performed at various locations where services are provided to consumers. All candidates must be able to handle the demands of extensive driving throughout the metro service area. Special Requirements This position requires the incumbent to have a valid Louisiana Driver’s license and be insurable under the VOA/GNO, Inc.’s vehicle insurance.
