Responds to or issues console commands as required; performs initial partition loads (IPL’s). 8. Performs actions on MVS, RMM tape management, tape mounts, and print distribution. 9. Ensures the processing of production requests for backups, restores, media distribution are made in a timely and efficient manner. 10. Maintains and manages data backup for disaster recovery offsite storage; follows all security requirements when handling confidential data. 11. Performs operator maintenance on devices and quality checks on computer output. 12. Identifies and suggests improvements to procedures and work environment to increase efficiency and accuracy of work performed. 13. Provides and documents first level support and problem solving in HEAT problem tracking application. Follows incidents through initial reporting to resolution.

These functions must remain within the boundaries allowed by law, to an L.P.N. or R.N. as applicable. EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES: (This list may not include all of the duties assigned) 1. Check communication book and read email for report/updates 2. Check with Clinic Coordinator/calendar for the days scheduled appts/clinics. 3. LABS—Receive yellow copies of labs daily. Review lab results that have been received. Fax any abnormals to MD and stamp normals with MD stamp, file normals in chart (or assign this to clinic secretary). Keep abnormals pending on your desk until response from MD is received. Send report to dorm nurse via email with any new orders. Confer with DON if needed for assistance with labs 4. OUTSIDE APPTS--Prepare communication note to send with clients on outside appts./ER visits and give report to staff accompanying client. Receive report from staff when they return to clinic with client. Communicate with MD’s office for any clarification needed. Request notes/reports from MD’s office be sent to clinic (may assign to clinic secretary). Send report on each outside appt via email to all nursing staff upon their return. If client is to remain in clinic, utilize CNA communication book to get information to all CNA’s (direct care staff). 5. Make rounds on clinic daily-assure good hygiene (clean clothing, no body odor, hair and nail care, etc.)And cleanliness of clinic rooms and bathrooms. Check bathrooms for proper storage of client hygiene items (labeled and kept in individual boxes), and proper chemical use and storage. 6. Assure clinic clients are wearing orthotics, splints, helmets, etc as ordered. Educate direct care staff as needed on same. Monitor clinic clients for response to Tx and assure that direct care staff are providing fluids to clients. 7. Assist dorm nurses with quarterlies/staffing as needed 8. Assist with staff nurse responsibilities as needed. 9. Keep medication room in clinic clean, neat and well stocked. 10. Check emergency med kit for any needs daily-assure proper procedure is being followed for E kit use by nursing staff. Educate nursing staff as needed 11. Manage any pharmacy issues/needs i.e. prior authorization, etc. 12. Check daily pharmacy reports-sign and return to pharmacy 13. Pre-employment and post accident testing, reports, etc. 14. Oversee TB test of employee’s for accuracy and reports any abnormal results to Nursing Services Manager. 15. Keep exam room clean, neat and well stocked; order supplies as needed. 16. Any other duties assigned by Nurse Manager or Director of Health Services. 17. Review clinic care assessments as they are turned in, for completion and if complete place for filing. If incomplete, return to staff member to complete. 18. On the Friday before weight day, print out weight logs for weekend nurse and place in her mailbox. 19. Put out monthly calendar to staff nurses with due dates for quarterlies, staffings, labs, weights, etc. due each month. Maintain supplies from dietary. Order via email on Monday or Tuesday of each week. This includes pudding, juice, spoons, etc. Keep stocked for weekend use. On Monday, check stock levels and order if needed.

Site has approximately 60 full-time employees and designs, engineers, and manufactures its products in Pleasant Prairie. We are currently seeking an ACE Manager. ACE stands for "Achieving Competitive Excellence" and is the proprietary implementation of Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies within the UTC business system. Essential Responsibilities: Continuous Improvement With the goal of delighting internal and external customers, the ACE Manager will be responsible for facilitating the deployment of a culture of continuous improvement throughout the site by planning, leading, and implementing continuous improvement events, along with coaching others on the ACE culture.
