Details: Corporate Controller for a growing company in the Residential Mortgage industry. The Sales Team Manager position is an exempt position. Core Functions Sales & Customer Service * Meets or exceeds area sales goals through the training, coaching and managing of their sales associate staff. Ensure that sales associates understand the stores selling expectations along with our corrective action process. STM’s need to be able to perform all register functions when assisting customers. * Provides training, coaching, and communication of our Relentless Customer Care program with the sales associate staff, to insure associates exhibit the key behaviors needed in delivering relentless customer care. Address RCC customer alerts within 24-48 hours. * Motivates and coaches sales associates to meet or exceed credit goals * Ensure that sales events and price changes are executed and signed according to company directive. * Ensure shrinkage control in their area through the continual management of associates. * Ensure that clientelling efforts meet store expectations. Train and coach associates on the features and benefits that clientelling can produce. Focus on specialized areas: Polo, Better Sportswear, Brighton, Ladies Shoes * Ensures that National Sales Events are being driven by sales team goals. (workload planning) Customer Service Lead Assignment * Drives customer service during assigned period. * Opens and closes the store, including weekends, as needed * Approves select point of sale transactions such as returns and voids, when needed to serve the customer. * Resolves customer service issues as needed. Pre-Admission Responsible for pre-admission evaluation and casework to prospective residents and their families regarding least restrictive environment, alternative placement options if appropriate, and issues surrounding separation and residential living. Responsible for providing comprehensive social history and evaluation utilizing the resident’s development and environmental background with emphasis on this information as a basis for formulating an individual treatment plan of care. 13. Admission Responsible for providing casework services to the resident and the family/guardian in order to enhance their coping skills. Responsible for providing counseling and casework services to facilitate the adjustment of the resident and the family to residential living and to minimize separation anxieties. Responsible for informing the resident and the parents/legal guardian of the resident’s civil and human rights. Responsible for informing the resident and the parents/legal guardian of the placement responsibilities of both the resident and the resident/parent/legal guardian. Directs the application of residents and their parents for Title XIX, Social Security, and other benefits and program for which the resident may be determined eligible. Supervises implementation of the social Services Treatment Plan and participates as a member of the ID Team in the evaluation of the resident. Monitors the resident’s adjustment and progress during the trial placement period. Initiates contact with appropriate staff, and participates in the decision making process, regarding moving the resident form trial placement to permanent status. 14. Discharge Responsible for the delivery of casework services to the resident and the parent/legal guardian regarding long range planning for eventual alternative placement, community based programming or residential placement as appropriate and upon the recommendation of the ID Team. Responsible for the delivery of casework services to the resident/parent/legal guardian to facilitate a smooth transition during the change in placement and in order to minimize anxiety for the resident and the parent/legal guardian. 15. Responsible forsupervising investigations of abuse and neglect allegations/incidents withinthe facility. Participates in the development of policesand procedures relating to the social environment of all residents an theircare including the guardianship of their human and civil rights Serves as a member of the Human Rights Committee Supervises the preparation of reports to that committee on advocacy and Legal Status of Residents. With the Chairman of the Human Rights Committee, establishes dates for meetings and agenda for this committee. Serves as Chairperson of the Human Rights Sub-Committee on the Review of Resident’s funds and reports findings to the Human Rights Committee. 18. Knowledge of current legislation, providingfor legal protections for the developmentally disabled 15 years of age andover. Responsible for disseminating information regarding legal status of residents to parents/legal guardians. Responsible for proving consultation to parents/guardians and attorneys regarding legal issues pertaining to residents.
