The Nurse-Clinical Support Specialist uses data gathering techniques, listening skills and problem solving. They are supported by the manufacturer's product materials and training. Their responsibilities include documentation of all calls to meet compliance and following a product talk track. The Nurse-Clinical Support Specialist must be able to handle calls regarding the disease states that surround the products dispensed. They also serve as a product resource for prescribers, NHSc-Pamlab sales reps and BDH staff. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: -Responsible for handling both in bound and outbound calls from patients regarding information on the products dispensed by BDH and their indicated disease state. -Serves as a resource to Pamlab Manufacturing in handling inbound calls from prescribers & sales reps regarding product clinical questions. -Responsible for participating in outbound call campaigns and outreach programs as necessary. -Follows approved clinical Talk Track for each product during patient counseling sessions. -Serves as resource for PSRs/CSRs who triage inbound calls and responsible for setting up follow-up calls where necessary. -Follows established Contact Center protocols for addressing and/or directing patient for appropriate resources. -Must be well versed in all of the products dispensed by BDH and their respective disease states. -Responsible for the completion of tasks with the clinical queue daily. -Provides patients with BDH service information when necessary. -Documents all call information according to SOP and regulatory requirements. -Promptly responds to patient e-mails following standard operating procedures and HIPAA compliance. -Must be able to research required information using available resources. -Manage and resolve customer complaints while identifying and escalating priority issues. -Follows all applicable BDH P&Ps, nursing regs and HIPAA standards.

Today, Kelly Services is searching for a contract Chemical Laboratory Technician to join the team of a Fortune 500 chemical company in Belle Chasse, LA, under a long term contract, performing sample testing of process fluid for our customer at their customer site DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: •Sample testing of process fluids, icluding pH, iron, ammonia, salts, chlorides, BS W. •Sample acquisition in process unit. •Maintain chemical inventory status and treatment rates. •Provides daily instrument test results and contributes to the completion of daily sample login responsibilities. •Monitors the quality of test data by applying instrument data review; refers to work instructions or standard operating procedures, as necessary. •Maintains work area to facility housekeeping standards SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE: •Chemistry lab experience is REQUIRED, either academically or industrial •Knowledge and experience with MS Word and MS Excel. •Moderate analytical skills. Knowledge of general field of specialty. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: •BS, Chemistry or Biology is REQUIRED. •Will consider AS with at least two years of industrial experience. . •Must have a TWIC card or be willing to get one quickly while going through the hiring process.
