Details: Retail Sales and Merchandising Reps are an essential component of Spin Master’s supply chain. Ensuring that we are best positioned to maximize our share of shelf is critical. Developing strong working relationships with our Retail partners, both staff and management, is critical. Our Retail Merchandising team works hard to ensure that our products are available on-shelf, at the right location and at the right price. Performance Objectives: In this role, the Retail Sales and Merchandising Reps will work 20 hours per week from January to August and 40 hours per work from September to December. Core merchandising activities include: Ensuring that all listed products are in distribution, and arranged on-shelf according to POG.
