There are 5 different steps to recondition a container: 1st - Containers (55 gallon steel drums) come in off a semi or box truck. Candidate unloads and put them on the conveyor to start the process. 2nd - Containers are emptied completely and sprayed 3rd - The drums move to the heat treating and blasting area 4th - The drums move to the paint and primer location so they look brand new. 5th - Lastly they go back in the truck to be sent to the client. Candidates will be trained in all areas of the shop with time. the supervisors and plant managers started in this exact same role and worked their way up in the company.
