Basic Qualifications: The Financial Counselor must have a minimum of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and shall have a National Certification as an Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC) with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as an AFC. Other credentials such as the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) are acceptable to meet the National Certification Requirements. Details: A growing company in New Berlin is looking for a new Electrical Engineer to join their team. This person must know how to program PLC's HMI from scratch In this role, it will be primarily software based. He/She will get a job and get tech schematics and have to look at it and be able to move packages A to Z and everything in between. Being responsible for controling the conveyors. Responsible for supervising the installs-taking the initiative to make the decisions. They will be responsible for 1 potentially 2 projects at a time. They will be designing schematics then writing PLC codes-wearing a multitude of hats. Details: Credit & Collection Manager Are you looking for a role where you can make an impact? Our client is searching for an experienced credit and collections manager that enjoys working on a smaller team. This position will oversee two staff members, assist in developing process and procedures and reduce outstanding payments. The ideal candidate will have worked within a manufacturing company and have proven success in prior collection roles. RESPONSIBILITIES Assign employees responsibility for investigating and verifying financial status and reputation of prospective customers applying for credit, preparing documents to substantiate findings, and recommending rejection or approval of applications. Establish credit limitations on customer account. Assign responsibility for investigation of fraud cases and possible legal action and collection for delinquent bills. Review collection reports to ascertain status of collections and balances outstanding to evaluate effectiveness of current collection policies and procedures. Audit delinquent accounts considered to be uncollectible to ensure maximum efforts have been taken before assigning bad debt status to account. Coordinate with others, including personnel in company branches and credit card companies, to exchange information and update controls. Submit delinquent accounts to attorney or outside agency for collection.
