CNC Setup Machinist

Details: Our premiere client in Cudahy, WI has an opening for a CNC Setup Machinist. 4 10-hour shifts with OT on Fri (typically 45+ hrs/wk). This company makes large parts for Caterpillar, John Deere, and recently won a contract with CNH which as a result has brought in extra business for our client. Candidates will wear multiple hats and need to be fluent with setups on Vertical Millling Machines (VMC's - Viper - Okuma controls). Only basic programming at the machine using G&M codes, conversational programming (Fanuc controls). MasterCAM a plus, not required (can train on this). Requirements: 1.) 3 yrs+ CNC G&M programming experience 2.) 3 yrs+ reading mechanical blueprints 3.) 3 yrs+ set up and operating CNC vertical mills. 4.) 3 yrs+ working with Milling Machines (preferrably Vertical Machining Centers (VMC), but HMC also fine). 5.) Ability to edit programs at machine using G&M codes and basic understanding of Fanuc controls (programming at machine, not offline). 6.)
