These goals include safety, on time delivery, productivity improvement, cost control and sub-standard product loss/yield. Additional responsibilities: Manage 6 hourly production workers covering production across three shifts in three paint dispense cells Must be able to effectively interface regularly with QC, Technical, Field Sales, Shipping, Technical Service and Customer Service in support of customer orders. Long term capital planning and equipment improvements are also managed by the Cell Leader.
