Records Specialist - Fixed Term

Details: The Commissioning Records Specialist plays a critical role in supporting ATC’s Commissioning Department. Much of Commissioning’s test documentation that is critical to fulfilling compliance requirements is handled by the Records Specialist. Details: PC/NAMETAG is looking to add a Product Support Specialist toour team. This position will be theprimary support for our on-site event technology services. This is a relativelynew service we are offering to our customers and it is quickly growing. Someonethat is tech savvy and enjoys providing great customer service will enjoy thisnew and growing position. As the leading supplier of name tags, lanyards, tote bags and muchmore. Our products make it easier for people to meet, mingle and network. Weare now expanding beyond registration materials and providing on-site event technologyservices to help facilitate registration check-in, lead-retrieval and sessiontracking tools. Our customers appreciate our unique products and our impeccablecustomer service. Typicalduties include, but are not limited to: Take the lead in handling the on-site event technology services we offer. This includes event set-up, testing, demos, training and onsite technical assistance Provide training to internal sales representatives on technology related products and services Work closely with the Sales team to follow-up on sales orders, confirming that all technology details are in place before a final sale is made Provide friendly and helpful event and technical support, both on the phone and onsite to internal and external customers Serve as the internal printer expert, including customer troubleshooting calls (mail merge and Word templates), printer returns and custom requests Work closely with Product Managers, testing new technology based products Work with third party technology partners to ensure a streamlined process that maximizes customer satisfaction Effectively work with suppliers, colleagues and customers when problems arise. Use negotiation skills to solve problems on the fly.
