Details: POSITION SUMMARY: The Marketing Manager will strategically manage all business aspects of a $200mm packaging business with four major consumer goods customer segments. Essential Functions: This is a full-time Maintenance Mechanic position. Responsibilities include: • Attend and perform work as documented during interview • Perform and report diagnosis of equipment repair needs to a supervisor and help determine cost effectiveness of repair • Provide and update own hand, air and electrical tools as wear, breakage, and plant equipment inventory dictate • Repair defective assemblies or components of conveyors, sorters and balers within guidelines of OEM service manuals • Inspect for and report to a Supervisor and defects suspect of operator abuse or accident. • Tag and/or mark parts for core, scrap and warranty shipment as trained by Deffenbaugh Industries Parts Department • Read, understand, sign and comply with notices, bulletins and forms generated by yourself and Deffenbaugh Industries • Communicate personal and work needs to a shift manager and/or Human Resources. • Inspect, use, clean and return shop equipment and tools undamaged and report damage to shop tools to a manager • Document all repairs on work orders and perform all inspections mandated by OSHA and Deffenbaugh Industries

The CTS driver operates a tractor/trailer vehicle with tractors in excess of 20 feet with a trailer up to 53 feet in length.
