Therefore, special attention must be paid to the safe operation of the forklift. Packed products are stored in racks. The racks are stacked 6 high, up to 75 feet when using the Cherry Picker. Extreme care is required when placing a pallet on a rack. The operator needs to make sure the boxes on the pallet will not fall when a lift is made. Essential Functions and Key Tasks: Prepare large quantities of food, following standardized recipes, within required production schedule and sanitation standards. Maintains basic food recipes, preparation, service and storage sanitation principles. Maintains a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance. Manages dining personnel and work in a cooperative manner with team members, guests, and client personnel. Dependable and able to meet schedule requirements (attendance and punctuality) with no restrictions.
