Details: POSITION SUMMARY: The Housekeeping Manager provides the leadership and assists in the daily operations of the Housekeeping department, including the planning, organization, execution and accountability of all related functions, procedures, programs and policies in achieving the standard of all accommodations and efficient operations of the department. The Manager is expected to demonstrate thoughtful decisions in a high-pressured environment, while consistently modeling the Orange Lake competencies for success. This individual is responsible for the actions, results, successes and failures of the team. Service, operational levels, training, and employee motivation should be the focus. They should take responsibility for the failures and share the successes, always modeling the approach expected from the team. Guidance is received from the General Manager with respect to general objectives.
