Information Assurance Analyst

Details: Group: MSS Clearance Level Needed: TS/SCI Shift: Day Category: Systems Development ManTech is searching for talented systems engineers to support development of Capability Production Document Development at Los Angeles Air Force Base in El Segundo, CA, Vandenberg AFB, CA and/or Cape Canaveral AFS, FL. Candidate will be proficient in systems engineering to support the creation of Department of Defense Architectural Framework (DoDAF) architectural documents for launch vehicle and ground systems/range systems and mapping of Launch and Range systems architecture including capturing as is and to be architecture to support government decision-making. General Responsibilities: General responsibilities include, but not limited to: Develop enterprise architecture artifacts including current state architecture, target state architecture, architectural roadmaps, referential architecture patterns and technology standard. Drive the collaborative development of the technology strategy which includes the technical solutions, technology standards (i.e., data sharing, globalization), roadmaps and practices. Research, evaluate and/or recommend new/alternative solutions and technologies to enable and improve integration across the enterprise. Function as a solutions architect within project phases, including the development or oversight of future state designs including technology, solution, information and business architecture. Assess the future state architecture for adherence to target state direction, or validate deviation justification and the recovery plans. Review and assess impact of proposed scope changes to the future state architecture. Assist in program intake planning, estimating, and scheduling. Coordinate, review, and integrate the deliverables into cohesive solutions architecture. Requirements: The candidate must have, at minimum, Bachelor&s degree or equivalent, and at least 7 years of experience with Launch and Range systems. Minimum 4 years experience as an Enterprise Architecture. Create and maintain a log and index of all data transactions to enable rapid retrieval when needed. Maintain an up-to-date library of delivered CDRLs; must be kept current and accessible. Assist in the review and edit of contract correspondence, and approvals. Requirements: The candidate must have, at minimum, seven (7) years of experience performing data management and/or similar project support duties. Preferred: •Associate or Bachelor Degree. Familiarity with Air Force/DoD acquisitions processes and regulation for the Acquisition and Management of Technical Data.
