Details: Under general supervision this position is responsible for various manufacturing operations. The Production Supervisor I coordinates employee, component and equipment schedules to build adequate quantities of product to meet customer demand while managing overtime, equipment maintenance, personnel records and initiating/documenting corrective actions in an effort to meet company PBM goals. This position is also responsible for conducting positive employee motivational programs while insuring the maintenance of all company quality, quantity and safety goals. ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Evaluate production schedules to plan manpower to meet production needs. Review production and implement countermeasures if necessary to meet demands. Organize and direct manufacturing staff, make sure process procedures are followed. Supervise workflow and monitor quality of production. Shop floor management to include developing Line Leads and instruction to hourly workers. Monitor, record and report production data (production, scrap cost, overtime cost, first runs, etc.). Create cross training plans and maintain training records for all hourly team members. Monitor and maintain Time and Attendance records daily. Troubleshoot daily quality, safety and production issues. Communicate work and needs with other departments (Maintenance, Engineering, Tooling, MIS, and Production Control, etc.). Manage established PBM goals for quality, cost, delivery, safety and morale. Evaluation of customer returns (to include weekly quality meeting presentation). Supervise 3S/5S conditions/activities. Details: The Company specializes in multi-site technology deployments. In this case, they are partnering with a large grocery retailer to renovate their stores nationally. This candidate will be part of a team sitting Norcross that supports the company's technicians that are on site at the grocery retailer's locations, doing the deployments. The Company is looking for a Tier 2 Technical Support Specialist (General/Basic Support). This person will sit at the the company's office in Norcross, GA. This position is a 3rd shift and need to be open between the hours of 10:00 pm - 7:30 am. Their client, is going through refresh activity and installations. This is a retail environment so support will be during the time that the store is closed. This technician should be of CCNA level and needs to have a cert. There are currently 8 people on the team. During at least the first three months, grocery retailer is the single client that they are supporting. The Technical Support Analyst is to make sure there is a stable environment. They are going through multi-site roll outs (70+) out of 2,000 and the installations are going in phases called Live Cuts. They are in the build and run phase now. The on-site field technicians are doing cabling, device installation, and patching across the country. The Technical Support specialist will be doing configuration of Cisco Routers and Switches (all series previous and new), Wireless APs, configuration and ping, moves, adds and changes for structured cabling. Job Description A Service Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealership and factory standards Ability to effectively and efficiently diagnose a vehicle malfunction and provide a written, coherent electronic estimate via computer to the parts department & service advisors detailing the needed repairs. Inspect the entire vehicle thoroughly and detail all safety issues and needed service work Present all needed work found during inspection to the service advisor After approval of work by either customer or manufacturer (Warranty/ESP work), correctly, efficiently and safely complete the needed repairs Safely road test vehicles after repair is completed to verify problems are corrected Appropriately document via computer the performed work after each repair using the concern, cause and correction format Ensure that customer vehicles are returned to them as clean as they were prior to being serviced Responsible for keeping your shop area clean, organized and safe at all times Always focus on customer service as the main priority Communicate effectively with the service advisors and parts departments throughout the day Willingness to take directions and guidance from your Lead Technician Group Leader, Shop Foreman and Service Manager Attend continuous education training classes provided by Ford Motor Company or local colleges/trade schools Adhere to all company policies, procedures, processes and safety requirements

Duties will focus on the month end close processes and assisting with the creation and management of controls and processes to ensure that an accurate accounting environment exists in which financial uncertainty is minimized. Perform general ledger accounting responsibilities for BeavEx and its acquisitions, including month end processes and reconciliations. Reconcile assigned accounts and post journal entries. Prepare ad hoc analysis for management. Maintain systems and databases based on changes in business. Additional accounting tasks assigned from the Controller.
