Description: As part of the Product Development/Analytical group this position will support preformulation, formulation, analytical method development and product characterization using a variety of analytical methods with a focus on HPLC and aerosol analysis for our proprietary dry powder inhaler products based on particle engineering technology. Perform : Laboratory analysis and peer review of documents to meet our Quality and GMP/GLP requirements. Interact with various functional/technical groups in Development, QA/QC and CMC teams supporting the clinical development of products. Responsible for coordination, collection, processing of data under minimal supervision and guidance and write-up of protocols and reports. Preferred : Experience with protein, peptides, and solid state characterization techniques such as Karl Fischer, DSC, TGA, XRD is a plus. Experience working with dry powder inhalers (DPIs), metered dose inhalers (MDIs), nebulizers and nasal sprays is a plus. Duties: Plan, conduct and coordinate experiments. Chemical analysis of small molecule formulations with an emphasis on HPLC, Aerosol methods, UV-VIS. Physicochemical characterization of formulated powders using an ensemble of powder characterization, solid state and aerosol techniques. Analytical method development and validation to support clinical development. Independently executes technical experiments and develops methods following appropriate laboratory/technical procedures. Maintains accurate and well-organized laboratory records, worksheets and notebooks. Collects, documents, summarizes and disseminate results in both written and oral form. Collects and analyzes complex data to prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, presentations and/or quantitative analyses. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may act as a principal investigator in conducting own experiments. Produces competent, reproduce-able results to a high technical standard. Education: A minimum of a Bachelors degree in a scientific discipline (Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Sciences (preferred)) or Biochemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering) is required. Equivalent experience may be accepted. Education background in Biology, Biochemistry or Chemical Engineering will be considered with demonstrated experience and training as an QC, Analytical or Development Scientist. Manager - Outbound Sales

Details: The Manager will be responsible for hiring and managing outbound sales teams. The initial team will focus on sales of a subscription-based online listing and lead-generation service to apartment property operators, followed by expansion into commercial property sectors. Responsible for hiring, training, coaching and reviewing outbound sales teams. Manage day-to-day operations of the call center Track and measure individuals’ and teams’ productivity and results. Quickly identify issues with staffing or scripting, and recommend solutions. Monitor and adjust staffing levels to meet productivity and sales goals. Set and meet performance targets for productivity, efficiency, and sales. Work collaboratively with Human Resources in support of recruitment efforts Experience and Skills Experience managing outbound call center required. Experience analyzing performance metrics and making recommendations based on these statistics. Experience assessing call center staffing needs and scheduling. Experience training staff and identifying training needs. Ability to work efficiently and productively with minimal supervision Ability to motivate call teams and meet sales objectives. Must foster a positive and productive work environment.
