Details: Location:Primary location will be at the Hillsborough Campus Scheduled Work Hours:8:00am - 5:00pm with occasional need to stay past 5pm. The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct patient care for patients coming to the PreCare Clinic for preoperative evaluation or consultation. The assessment and appropriate treatment plans of patients encompassing the age spectrum will utilize accepted medical and nursing standards along with appropriate clinical guidelines. The role encompasses professional work that reflects clinical, educational, consultation, and leadership roles in order to deliver care to patients coming to the PreCare Clinic. The expectation is that the nurse practitioner would see 10-15 patients per day depending upon the volume of patients in the clinic that day.
