Details: This position isresponsible for processing the asset management activities related todistressed real estate. For our clients,we analyze, value, secure, protect, and liquidate their foreclosed properties. Yourdirect activities will include: collection of: property data, property liendata, and comparable sales data; create: property analysis reports, and propertylistings; coordinate: lock changes, lawn mowings, and other minor maintenance;facilitate: sale negotiations, sales contracts, and sale closings.
