SNF Accounts Receivable Biller
Details: Summary: The SNF Accounts Receivable Biller will concentrate on billing and collections to provide excellent accounts receivable recovery. Focus will be on the managed care revenue cycle in order to optimize revenue, improve cash flow and strengthen the company’s financial position. This position will be responsible for managed care claims. Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Details: Under the supervision of aLicensed Clinician, this position coordinates and provides clinical servicesand will also provide specialized group and/or one on one counseling services. Provides crisis intervention services in response toemotional and/or physical distress. Provides diagnostic evaluations to customers andreferrals to Licensed Clinician for treatment. Ensures adherence to infection control practices. Makes referrals to outside programs for medical and/orpsychological intervention. Collects urine specimens for drug screening. Providescounseling services to mentally ill, alcohol dependent and/or homelessAIDS/HIV positive customers. Assessescustomers in order to formulate treatment needs. Orientsnew patients to treatment program(s). Participatesin treatment planning and individual and/or group counseling. Makesreferrals to outside programs for medical and/or psychologicalintervention.Identifypotential customers and provide them with information about the Agencyprograms. Develop,implement, and evaluate a comprehensive treatment plan with eachparticipants maintaining regular contact. Completerequired paperwork (including customer records) in a timely fashion.Maintain customer confidentiality. Provideon-going liaison, referral and advocacy for participants with socialservice providers, with particular emphasis on self-empowerment forparticipants to independently access needed services. Participatein team meetings and seminars and trainings as stipulated by Supervisor. Participatewith community providers as it relates to programs contents area. Providepresentations about programs to various shelters, agencies and otherreferring agencies on a monthly basis. Providecrisis intervention when needed. Attendall trainings as applicable to your credentials. Participationin planning and implementing a minimum of one monthly group activity forprogram participants, including but limited to: life skills, education,empowerment/support recovery groups, recreational activities and/or fieldtrips. Conductspresentations for/at Community Organizations regarding program resources. Perform other duties as assigned.

Details: Coordinates activities of the fiscal services area and assists in establishing its goals/objectives; assists department managers in preparing their respective budgets; prepares monthly journal entries; reviews and reconciles general ledger accounts, and bank accounts; maintains Fixed Assets system; participates in the preparation of hospital financial statements and other reports; provides information and assistance to external auditors; answers inquiries from hospital management regarding account balances and related information.

Assist and execute on-going preventive maintenance programs through repair, replacement, and installation, throughout the university. Preventative maintenance includes but is not limited to: heating and plumbing fixtures and equipment. Install, maintain, test, and calibrate plumbing components connected with water, gas, air and sewer systems; Insure all components adhere to all national and state codes.
