This role will provide proactive HR advice and guidance to plant HR managers and directors in addition to partnering with operations leadership. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Provide support for onsite HR leadership in matters of labor relations function at the Plant Lead and provide support to plant HR staff in the investigations of employee relations cases, Code of Conduct violations, and make recommendations for resolutions and ensure appropriate documentation occurs Provides guidance to managers in consideration of employment law and regulations Ensure investigations are conducted in a professional manner, compliant with all relevant local, state and federal laws, and that all parties involved are treated with dignity and respect Provide leadership to the performance, productivity and effectiveness of the organization for programs such as performance management, succession planning, and organizational design and development. These materials may be classified or unclassified. Ensure operational capability and accountability of the base-specific UL/UC2 OPS training equipment suite and lab/classroom equipment. Participate as a member of the Wing Exercise Evaluation Team (WEET) to prepare wing operational activities for exercises and inspections as directed by wing UL/UC2 OPS POC. Provide “Trusted Agent" support and/or technical expertise during Operational Readiness Inspections (ORI), Unit Readiness Inspections (URI), exercises, tests and experiments. Provide system overview and capabilities orientation briefings to senior leaders and personnel. Job Title: Stationary Mechanic (HVAC) Job Summary: Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots and repairs, specializing in building HVAC systems, performs preventive maintenance and operates building components, by self-performing or coordinating subcontracting of the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain the building HVAC Systems and advanced knowledge of DDC and pneumatic controls and have the ability to troubleshoot, identify, repair, and propose solutions to the client. Operate refrigerant recovery equipment, vacuum pumps, charging equipment and service gauges. Receive verbal instructions from the client, operations supervisor or the dispatcher. Generate or receive IWMS work orders. Good computer skills are essential. Perform preventive maintenance work orders according to schedule. Basic understanding of electrical systems, including, motor control centers, switches, fuses, contacts, motors, wiring, etc. Order Parts and materials and schedule repairs with the customer. Make business decisions in the best interest of the client and Viox Services. For example; searching for the most cost effective methods. Complete and submit paperwork accurately and on timely manner. General knowledge of Fire Protection Systems, UPS, Emergency Generators, and Liebert cooling systems. Works to be a point of contact for the Project Team, Vendors, and other staff members. Available during non-scheduled work hours as needed and responds to emergency calls in a timely manner. Willingness to flex working hours to meet the business needs.Accepts ownership of the entire 500,000 s.f. office building. Qualifications: Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical trade school; and three or more years mechanical experience, including electrical, HVAC or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience. HVAC mechanic with commercial building /high rise or multi floor building experience preferred. EPA Certification (608) Universal. Must possess a valid driver's license.
