The accounts payables position processes a high volume of invoices and check requests communicate check processing with the President resolve all problems/discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders and receipts determine if sales tax required verify what is recorded in the Accounts Payable Sub ledger and reconcile to the General Ledger assist with the company's auto & truck fleet paying registrations and taxes when needed Notarize required documents.

Position Requirements: Two open positions for Maintenance Mechanic Trainee needed. Qualified candidates will be trained in all aspects of the manufacturing maintenance department including Preventative Maintenance Production equipment, Machine Tools, Repairs, Welding, Pneumatics, Electrical and PLC's, Building Maintenance, Trouble Shooting, in preparation of becoming a highly skilled qualified maintenance mechanic. Senior Trainee will be assigned to open position. The new hires are expected to abide by company policy, which applies to Good Manufacturing Practices, Safety and Food Safety standards. Position Attributes: • Must have good electro-mechanical skills. • Work within Facility policies, BBU personnel safety procedures, good manufacturing and sanitation practices. • Responsible for ensuring Plant equipment integrity assigned, timely repair, and return to operation in sanitary condition. • Effectively support the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) P/M program for the Plant while keeping down time under control. • Analyze / trouble shoot electrical and mechanical problems and interpret technical information necessary to make needed repairs on Plant equipment. • Complete assigned work orders and assure all work assignments are completed and records are entered into the CMMS. • Stay current with maintenance and bakery technologies. • Use computerized inventory system to order, use parts and register in the CMMS.
