Responsibilities – Project Manager Assist in the planning and coordination of various integrated communication and marketing activities that support the overall marketing strategy Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks involved in the project. Maintain Project Management system and calendars for the Marketing Team Assist in the execution of marketing programs on a regional and local level Support ongoing relationship with field marketing team in planning all necessary marketing materials needed Plan, coordinate, and manage internal communication vehicles Maintain relationship and coordinate all projects with print and fulfillment vendors Update, maintain, and report marketing budget on an ongoing basis Process all marketing invoices Light administrative tasks, as assigned, such as travel and meeting planning Organize, update, and mange Marketing Department project/material archive Other office clerical support task and projects as assigned Qualifications – Project Manager Prefer a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field 2 - 4 years marketing support, project management or equivalent experience Strong organizational skills Ability to multitask Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills Strong verbal and written communications Customer service and team-oriented attitude Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs (Adobe Suite knowledge a plus) Ability to prioritize, distribute, and assign work according to business priorities and strategies Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to travel independently on a minimal basis

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of QA testing experience. Must have experience with sql- writing queries and test cases from scratch. Must have web-based application testing or website testing experience. Testing on .net or java platforms Must have overall mid level skills in manual QA testing. AutoMation tools such as Soap UI, Selenium, QTP, or Coded UI Programming experience is a PLUS Long term contract International Travel may be required for some of the roles.
