The purpose of the Sr. Payroll Analyst-UAT Testing is to collect pay inputs, process payroll and special payments, close payroll, and perform time maintenance activities.� Provide exceptional customer service ensuring service level agreement objectives are achieved, if not exceeded. Responsibilities: Review, correct and execute pay data inputs and calculations; Apply benefit, retirement, deferred compensation, garnishment, child support, levy, tax, social security and any other deduction rules; Perform retroactive calculations and process overpayment recoveries; Review exceptions and unprocessed pay data and reconcile errors and make adjustments, as needed; Generate pay slips and transfer payroll funds in accordance with the payroll schedule by ministry as well as off cycle paycheck runs. Collect Time and Attendance data, process time according to business rules and type, transfer time data to Payroll, review time reported and validate time certification; Perform Time Administration Period-End Activities including review of PTO balances for payment or carry over at year-end or clear PTO balances according to business rules and policies and transfer payments to Payroll for processing. Distribute expenses to appropriate general ledger accounts; Generate payroll reports and relocation reporting and determination of gross-up eligibility; Support period-end closes by completing all responsibilities and resolving all open issues within established schedule. Provide Level 2 customer service support for health ministries and their associates resolving any issues or errors; Successfully handle most non-routine issues, escalate issues that cannot be resolved to management. Plan and organize work so the Service Level Agreement objectives are realize; contribute ideas and actions towards the continuous improvement of Payroll and Time & Attendance processes within area of influence. Understand and apply Payroll and Time & Attendance processes, policies, procedures and internal control standards; Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Maintain positive work relationships with members of other teams in the Ministry Service Center, health ministries and Associates to communicate effectively and to ensure compliance with cross-team responsibilities. Performs system tests as prescribed on the test script/plan and clearly document the results. Support Production support in completing system enhancements. Facilitate communication of system enhancement, patches, and fixes between product support and payroll. Education & Experience: Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.� 2 years payroll experience required. Experience in the healthcare industry preferred. Experience in shared services/internal service delivery role preferred. Customer Service or Administrative experience. Experience� working with ERP Payroll and/or Time and Attendance module(s). Experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
