Project Manager - TS

Details: Job Summary Champions Colonial’s “Common Project Process” through planning and coordinating required internal and external interfaces. Performs the project management and administrative activities necessary to successfully complete assigned projects. Coaches and motivates project personnel as necessary to meet project objectives. Ensure any required changes in schedules and budgeted costs as a result of work scope changes are documented. 25% Assemble and lead integrated project team that is aligned with the business purpose of project. 30% Perform necessary front-end loading to fully and tightly define the project scope that will cost-effectively achieve the project objectives 10% Lead effort in preparing and securing approval of decision support packages or related funding approval packages to pass through the gate process. 5% Document project requirements and prepare a comprehensive execution plan for the activities needed to meet those requirements. 5% Determine appropriate contracting strategy for the required external resources. Identify and secure assignment of necessary internal resources 5% Ensure assigned project personnel clearly understand their roles and responsibilities and document them. 5% Monitor the project performance of activities, completion of necessary documentation, personal conduct, work ethics, and interface with others. Job Description: Responsibilities: As a Parts Driver you will be responsible for delivering and picking up parts, equipment and other dealership necessities. The Parts Driver is also responsible for maintaining a detailed delivery log, handling cash, and reconciling invoices to ensure that ordered parts were correctly pulled for delivery to the customer. This individual must account for cash on C.O.D. orders. Coordinate pickup and deliveries with the Parts Manager and other department staff members. Forward all invoices, shipping documents and payments to the appropriate parties after deliveries are completed. Coordinate routine maintenance and cleaning of the delivery vehicle. Assist with processing parts inventory. Perform other duties as assigned. Parts Driver – Delivery Driver
