Software Engineer II

Details: Job Description: M2C2 is a Raytheon program that is developing Mission Management and Flight dynamics software. The M2C2 team will be supporting everything from new development to maintenance of operational software. M2C2 is seeking a talented software developer to join the team. The candidate must have experience and knowledge with software engineering using object oriented methodologies. The team is utilizing Agile development practices so familiarity with this process is a huge plus. Candidates will work with Systems Engineering and other Software development to help design, develop, test and deliver the system. Candidates will provide status during a daily Scrum to a Scrum Master and will also provide estimates for completion of Story Points. Also providing status in the program tool is a requirement of the position. The majority of the development is in Java. Required Skills: United States Citizen No clearance required for application. However, ability to obtain TS/SCI SSBI level clearance post hire is required. International Tax Manager

Details: POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible planning tax strategies and implements those plans for operations in foreign locations, ensures compliance with local tax laws and prepares the annual budget and tax accruals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS will include the following: Provides operations’ personnel with appropriate tax information to prepare bids and contracts. Assists in the implementation of international tax operational structures, including entrance and exit strategies for foreign countries. Responsible for managing foreign tax audits and inquiries. Maintain current knowledge on foreign compliance matters. Collaborates with forieign internal and external resources to manage completion of audit reports, financial statements, foreign tax returns, return workpapers and various associated schedules. Travels to foreign locations as necessary. Supports work associated with foreign external tax audits. Advises accounting and operations personnel on the tax effect of actual and proposed transactions. Assists in the coordination of work with host country accountants and attorneys in tax compliance matters and tax audits. Reviews and/or prepares local books in accordance with the planned tax strategy and host country requirements. Collaborates with foreign internal resources to supply host country accountants with needed information for statutory audits. Review/Prepare 5471 forms for foreign corporations and other information necessary for the US income tax return. Provides international tax research and planning for both corporate and personnel matters. Prepares tax expense and cash flow budget for assigned country operation on an as-needed basis. Prepares annual and quarterly tax accruals for assigned countries and other accruals on an as-needed basis.
