Reviews work order requests and fills requests for materials and distributes items to production department Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed. Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards. Uses computer to enter data to update inventory records. Completes documentation to prepare finished goods for shipping. May load truck with finished goods. Drives company vehicle to transport finished items from warehouse to vendor or to pick up items from different locations Keeps the Warehouse clean, tidy and well organized. Responsible to accurately record, all material that is weighed into the preparation of filling/gelatin. Responsible for recording all lot numbers used, for all products without exception. Responsible for checking all clean tanks and vessels, prior to use, any tanks that are found to be dirty, must be returned to the washroom with a dirty label attached, the medicine/gelatin operator must approve the tanks with a signature of acceptance. Responsible for checking the code numbers of each individual raw material code number, before dispensing, the weight, lot number, and signature must be recorded, in the space provided. Responsible for recording all spills and material loses on the batch documentation. Must have understanding and knowledge needed about safety SOP’s and the requirements for the position to ensure a safer working environment. All precautions and processes must be adhered to in order to maintain a high level of safety compliance.
