Production Technician II

Details: Production Test Technician III Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Will test and make necessary repairs to printed circuit board assemblies, electronic and mechanical systems utilizing electronic test equipment, detailed procedures and verbal direction. Performs routine technical assignments such as assembly, test of simple formulations, equipment and parts. Sets up, maintains, calibrates and adjust simple formulations, units and/or test equipment as directed and performs testing, minimal troubleshooting and repair. Accurately performs data entry, retrieval and reporting of data. Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the Quality System Regulations and all other applicable skills. Performs product new builds, updates, upgrades and modifications per Engineering documents. Ability to update E-Travelers and Tracking Software. Maintains accurate and timely records, samples, technical data and testing documentation. Must be able to understand and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices, Client Safety Policies and 5S. Assists in qualification and validation of equipment, processes and new or alternative components. Technical/manufacturing or closely related experience. MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED: Measuring devices such as oscilloscope, digital voltmeter and RMS voltmeters. Common equipment used in electromechanical assembly required. Common laboratory tools such as various hand tools and soldering equipment. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: May be required to pass Electronic Technician I level assessment. Ability to follow electronic diagrams and procedures. Knowledge of basic theory and aptitude for understanding applied electronic theory. Computer skills on personal computers including basic understanding of MS Windows and MS Office Effective record keeping skills and ability to keep neat and accurate laboratory notebooks. Ability to speak, read, and write English; understand and communicate simple written or oral instructions in English. Basic skills in taking technical measurements using standard laboratory tools, such as: micrometer, oscilloscope, DVM apps, etc. Ability to perform as a team member. Participates in team decision making, development and communications. Ability to interpret displayed results on laboratory instruments. EDUCATION: High School Diploma required. Credit Card Fraud Operations is currently hiring for Bilingual and Non-bilingual Financial Crimes Specialist 2 positions within Fraud Prevention.
