Job Title: Facility Security Manager Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for a Facility Security Manager (FSO) in Arlington, VA. Manager of Security will manage and administer the personnel and information security programs for all contracts requiring security clearances of personnel. Must possess an active TS; prefer TS/SCI w/poly. ? A Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university is desired. ? Qualified candidates should have at least 2 years of security management experience for the government that involves access to TS and SCI information. ? Candidates should also have at least 5 years? experience in the following: administration of an industrial security program; protecting classified information in compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NIPSOM) and Directorate Central Intelligence Directives DCID?s; and experience pertaining to the operation of a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) ? Must have experience with the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) and the ability to use the Electronic Questionnaires for Investigation Processing (E-QIP). Knowledge of The Defense Security Service (DSS) is desired.
