Ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience to work with technical design and launch of new products. This role requires an in-depth understanding of automotive technology, product knowledge and quality methods as it relates to headliners and overhead systems (interiors) RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for establishing feasibility of design specification. Design and development experience with interior trim systems (compression molding /soft trim) preferred. Overall automotive component design and development experience (such as headliner/overhead systems, door trim/soft trim, dash insulation and/or acoustics). Provide detailed and accurate analytical evaluations of concepts prior to concept selection. Responsible for design through all customer development phases. Develop and maintain DFMEAs. Perform engineering analysis using appropriate analysis tools and methods. Prepare specifications for assemblies and components.

The Marketing Associate is responsible for managing a wide array of projects, reports and daily tasks within the department that will require significant collaboration with marketing events, customer service, channel marketing and brand management. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The Marketing Associate will have content expertise in the following areas and will be responsible for the following project management, reporting and communication requirements: Work with Marketing Events Coordinator in managing and inventorying materials, equipment and collateral needed for company-sponsored events. Design, develop and communicate advance event packets for the sales force and corporate attendees. Position will also take lead in processing billings and paperwork associated with trainings, open houses, trade shows and races. Develop, automate and maintain a database of food and hospitality vendors that the sales team can leverage for local event planning, including trainings and open houses. Partner with Sr. Director/Marketing and Marketing Events Coordinator in project managing large corporate events including the National Sales Conference and Club Award Trips.
