Details: This position will be 30 hours a week, Monday – Thursday, with the scheduled hours Monday – Wednesday 7:30am – 4:30pm (one hour lunch) and Thursday 7:30am – 1:30pm (no lunch). This position will be responsible for: Answering all incoming calls in a professional manner Accurately completing all invoices, accurately inputting data from each invoice into Access; accurately coding each invoice to the correct depart/account Responsible for placing all facility and departmental orders Responsible for timekeeping for temporary personnel This position will be 30 hours a week, Monday – Thursday, with the scheduled hours Monday – Wednesday 7:30am – 4:30pm (one hour lunch) and Thursday 7:30am – 1:30pm (no lunch).
