Details: General Position Description The Hydro FSM will be part of a functional sales organization that provides sales support for Toshiba America Energy Systems Corporation’s (TAES) Hydro Retrofit/Maintenance and new projects, The FSM will be responsible for managing all sales opportunities within North America engaging and managing clients with existing hydroelectric facilities or that are in the process of developing hydroelectric power projects. The Hydro FSM will serve as the single point TAES Sales contact with these customers. The Hydro FSM will interface regularly with the TAES Product Line Manager from the hydro business unit to identify high sales potential opportunities and will develop appropriate strategies and capture plans to secure new bookings for TAES to meet MRP objectives. Primary Function The FSM will be assigned specific customers and plants and will be responsible for supporting and understanding the Customer’s needs and requirements for TAES products and services with the goal of securing associated bookings to enhance TAES’s market share, revenue, and margin. Details: The Accountant II prepares and maintains accounting records which may include general accounting, cost, or budget data. Examines, analyzes and interprets accounting records for the purpose of giving advice or preparing statements. Major Responsibilities: Record and review routine transactions in all phases of accounting. Reconcile monthly bank accounts. Assist in monthly G/L close process. Prepare various financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, etc. Develop Excel models used in cash and revenue forecasting. Perform financial analyses and make recommendations to management. Recommend methods and procedures to improve the functioning of the accounting area. Partner with other departments to ensure accounting compliance. Review income statements and balance sheet accounts at month-end for all transactions on assigned project numbers; research variances and resolve issues Ensure all recorded transactions are in accordance with GAAP or other required accounting standard. Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process.
