Rapid Response Adjusters/Representatives work in a phone intensive environment securing the first notice of loss details for all inbound phone reports. Your specific duties will include: As a Rapid Response Adjuster/Representative you will provide additional services to those new losses that meet Express Claims criteria, including explanation of coverage, liability and the set-up of both rental and inspections as appropriate. Additional responsibilities: Provides services to customers that include but are not limited to appraisal assignment, tow assignment, rental car support, benefit explanation, and liability explanation. Obtains facts of loss to determine liability and exposures for handling. Identifies higher level exposures and refers files or features to management for triage. Sends necessary correspondence as it relates to the claim and department of insurance regulations. Uses Esurance systems to properly document files and process claims. Promptly identifies and transfers total loss features to the Total Loss Unit for settlement handling. Identifies referrals, completes proper summaries and forwards files to subrogation for collection in a timely manner. ***Please be advised that hours for this position will be between the hours of 7am and 10pm to include a weekend day*** Specific qualifications for the position include: Successful Rapid Response Adjusters/Representatives are detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to work well under deadlines in a fast paced call center environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently. Additional requirements: High school diploma or equivalent education/experience required; Associate’s degree preferred. Two years of customer service or call center experience required. Auto insurance background preferred. All associates selected for this position must be capable of qualifying for and obtaining an All Lines Resident Adjuster License during the course of their employment with Esurance.
