Details: EVENING POOL ATTENDANT NEEDED FOR MOBILE HOME RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY! (This is not a lifeguard position) Hours: 5pm - 9pm or 6pm - 9pm Start: Immediate (first come, first serve) Wage: $8.50 JOB DUTIES 1. Tests and balances pool chemicals and documents as required by state and local regulations. 2. Monitors and adjusts pool temperature. 3. Cleans and vacuums pool, cleans skimmer baskets, backwashes pool filters, and skims the pool with skimmer. 4. Sweeps the pool deck and all surrounding areas daily. 5. Straightens pool furniture, ensuring that furniture is clean and in working order at all times. 6. Monitors residents entering and exiting the pool area. Ensures the state capacity is not exceeded. 7. Ensures all posted pool rules are being adhered to. 8. Cleans and maintains pool bathroom daily, including keeping them stocked with supplies and free of standing water. Cleans the clubhouse and surrounding common areas as needed. 9. Ensures safety equipment is present and in working order. Checks first aid kit for needed supplies on a daily basis. 10. Gardens and removes weeds in commons areas. 11. Other duties as assigned.
