Assist with taking calls from residents, prospective residents, following up on delinquencies, etc. Assist in expediting resident- escalated issues with residents and work with the POD/APM for proper resolution. Coordinate necessary move-in duties, utility transfer/disconnect, move-in monies, move- in schedule, Assist with Resident Orientations. Establish appropriate relationship between IH and Resident by defining maintenance responsibilities. Complete and document Move-in Inspection with resident.
