Details: Our client located in Century City, CA has an immediate need for a Business Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Owners and end user representatives to develop functional requirements, wireframes and storyboards for large custom development projects. The Business Analyst will work with the Product Owners to groom the Product Backlog in support of upcoming Sprint work. During the course of the sprint, the Business Analyst will offer clarifications and provide an escalation point for developer questions, and will support Testers in validating the design and expected results of testing. Preparing and conducting end of sprint demos are also among the responsibilities of this position. Position Summary: Under general supervision, the CDL Driver/Equipment Operator performs a range of tasks required for industrial service operations to include but not limited to, tank cleaning, pipeline maintenance, manual remediation services, waste bulking, and/or demolition services, in accordance with established company policies and procedures. * Candidates must have a minimum of three years of verifiable experience operating a vehicle requiring a CDL, be at least 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States, and must be able to speak and read English well enough to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic and signals, respond to official questions, and be able to make legible entries on reports and records. * Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of environmental project experience, excellent references, and the demonstrated ability to perform the following daily functions: * Perform physical labor associated with cleanup activities, sample collection, waste removal and other remediation services * Follow applicable safety rules, regulations, guidelines, policies, and site specific safety plans when performing cleanup activities and donning protective gear * Operate heavy equipment necessary for cleanup operations to include backhoe, excavator, etc. * Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment * Warehouse maintenance, stock supplies, building maintenance * Drive trucks, tankers and other vehicles requiring a CDL * Construction industry experience, hazardous waste experience and certification (i.e. OSHA 40hr HAZWOPER), a plus. The work environment at a potential or actual project location is usually dirty, dusty, noisy, contains hazardous/or potentially hazardous substances or materials and is subject to inclement or extreme weather conditions. Work may include handling hazardous materials and use of personal protective equipment. Frequent travel is required and the applicant must be available for emergency response work after-hours and on weekends.
