You are also responsible for the repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, assembly and providing service to our existing AGV systems. You will apply your electrical and mechanical skills to search through mechanical drawings and electrical schematics to determine the root cause of issues, then develop and implement a solution. To do this, you will often use specific hardware and software tools developed within the company. Additionally the Service Technician may be asked to monitor installed systems and analyze trends to proactively deliver recommendations for service to keep the systems running smoothly. You are one of the key points of contact with our Customers and as such, excellent communication skills are required. After completing any service work you will generate reports of the work performed with the outcomes and next steps identified. The position currently reports to the Director of Oceaneering Frog Systems USA, however it is probable that the position will in the future report to the Service Manager. •*Duties & Responsibilities** • Frequent travel throughout North America to for the installation and maintenance of AGV systems. Travel throughout the world is less frequent, but possible. Travel is often required on short notice. • Perform onsite preventative mechanical and electrical maintenance of AGVs. • Work closely with Software Engineers for assistance troubleshooting AGV errors. • Analyze and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics and use the information to develop onsite solutions to problems. • Communicate with Customers while on site. • Train Customers in the use and maintenance of the AGV systems. • Identify new opportunities at Customer sites and communicate those opportunities to management. • Develop detailed service reports to be used for Customer communications and invoicing. •*Qualifications** •Education:* • High School or Equivalent minimum • Technical Associates Degree or tech trade school preferred • Experience:* • Minimum of two years formal electronic-training or four (4) years experience or progressively responsible, on-site experience o The technician should have the ability to interpret complex electrical schematics – ORCAD and ACAD experience is considered a plus. o The technician should have the ability to interpret mechanical schematics and drawings o IPC-WHMA-620 certification or equivalent is desirable. • Knowledge/skills:* • Soldering skills • Cable assembly / wire harness assembly • PWB/PCB assembly including thru-hole as well as surface mount would be considered a plus. • Experience with ORCAD, ACAD and/or Altium (or similar electrical documentation package) is a considered a plus • Knowledge of and experience with software controls, such as PLCs, PCs, etc • Proficient with hand tools and powered tools • Analytical thinking with a pragmatic approach; • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Details: *CMB Reference: NB14658 Summary The Investment Banking Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group is responsible for both pitching and executing transactions as defined in essential duties and responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Researches and creates pitch materials, performs valuation analyses, and researches companies and industries on behalf of Senior Bankers as well as on own projects. Participates in merger & acquisition transaction execution, including financial analysis, model creation, drafting memoranda, due diligence, attending client meetings, interacting with prospective buyers, creating and managing data rooms, and any other duties required to support executing an engagement. Researches, identifies and develops regular dialogue with key investors and buyers. Partners with senior bankers in developing strategic dialogue with clients and prospects. This position will regularly require extended working hours and weekend work may periodically be required as well. Education/Experience Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Finance, Accounting or related field; and a minimum one year of experience in Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions, Investment Banking or strongly related focus; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in an investment bank, commercial bank, or accounting firm is strongly preferred. Candidates should also have a strong understanding of accounting and finance principles; be detail-oriented with strong analytical and research skills; have superb written and oral communication skills with a commitment to excellent customer service; and demonstrated ability to function equally well in both a team setting and on a self-directed basis. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced knowledge in Microsoft applications, particularly, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
