The Project objective is to support the Army?s requirement to preserve the irreplaceable and significant American architectural and historical properties and sites which it manages; The Project will include records management to ensure the inventory of historic properties and sites is maintained thru the FY and the following products: project review in coordination with other installation offices and directorates to confirm compliance with Historic Preservation and NEPA regulations and to ensure that CRM and NEPA regulations are integrated into their project planning process, this will include attending meetings to meet this task; development of NEPA Records of Environmental Consideration in coordination with Section 106 consultations; research for developing National Register nominations; outreach to and training of installation staff and tenants on NEPA and cultural resources (Historic Preservation) regulations and process, to include implementation of the Building Design Guidelines; development of a Programmatic Agreement for routine repairs to streamline the NHPA Section 106 process; and project research, monitoring and inspections.
