Details: Job Summary: Under the direction of the Aggregate Plant Supervisor, the main responsibility of the Loader Operator is to perform the necessary plant functions including operating plant loader. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Ability to operate a variety of equipment including; front end loader, articulated truck, skid-steer, and backhoe. Shovel dirt, stone, and aggregates Able to operate various tools including but not limited to shovel, broom, pick, rake, hammer, saw, drill, concrete saw, and other tools associated with labor Perform other work related duties as assigned Commitment to safety, quality and service Communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers and customers Able to perform basic plant and vehicle maintenance as needed. Job Requirements • Minimum 2yrs within - Medical Collections • Previous track record of high collection returns on a monthly basis • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with a strong sense of urgency • Actively follow up and collect on all paper and electronic claims, including resolution of any billing errors assigned following established procedures. • Work with adjusters, insurance companies and attorneys to resolve claims • Respond to correspondence from insurance carriers or defense attorneys to facilitate payment. • Follow-up on unpaid/underpaid claims. • Creating appeals ensuring that all appeals processes are followed to obtaining full reimbursement • Escalation of payer issues to management at various payers • Preparation of files for hearings and exhibits for lien trials • Maintain a workflow of 50-100 accounts to handle to conclusion • Perform structured reviews of accounts on a monthly basis • Perform any other tasks assigned by management • MUST have experience with the Appeals and Denials process • MUST be proficient with MediCal, MediCaid and or Private insurance • Ability to surpass the Pre-Employment E-Verify Criminal Background Check & Drug Screen
