Patient Service Representatives work collaboratively with the dental team to make quality patient care a priority. As a Patient Service Representative for Midwest Dental, you will be responsible for the scheduling of patient appointments, collections of patient payments, and the overall front office administration of the office. As the first point of contact for our dental offices, this highly visible position requires exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to provide and role model superior customer service to our patients and staff.
