We are currently seeking a Sales Operation Leader C&I at our Wausau, WI, facility. Job Responsibilities: Sales Operations and Continuous Improvement Process leader. Will provide a key leadership role working with the VP of sales in the development of system solutions and process improvements for the C&I Motors Sales Team. This position will be responsible for all aspects of sales operations and alignment of Sales processes for the C&I motors sales team also working across sales teams within Regal coordinating best practices. Development of Annual sales plans and growth deck process initiatives. Define and implement sales scorecards, dashboards and Metrics Drive growth deck, QMI process, and monthly and quarterly sales review process. Provide action oriented communication link between Sales team, marketing and Business leadership. Work with Rep agencies driving commission tracking, demantra forecasting and inventory planning metrics out outlying warehouses Assist in the creation of the overall strategic plans for sales process digitization utilizing RBC applications – Oracle, ME-Biz-Web Portals, CRM and Business Intelligence Dashboards. Participate and help drive QAD to Oracle integration process.
