This position also shares ownership of the overall sales results for the area. The individual will work in close collaboration with business partners such as Marketing, Product Development and Business Unit Managers. Essential Functions: Leads, develops and coaches team: - Provides clear expectations, feedback and recognition - Participates in the hiring/selection process - Writes and conducts performance evaluations and progress reports - Handles associate relations issues Delivers results in line with the following key metrics/accountabilities: - Associate retention - Budget control - Top line revenue - Product/service line mix - Sales per associate - Revenue per account - Account retention Manages account base assignments and sales projections/forecasts.
