Details: Business Analyst - Madison, Wisconsin. IRG is hiring a Business Analyst (Informatics Architecture/ Public Health Information Network) for our client at Madison, Wisconsin. State experience preffered Resposibillities: To assist with gathering business requirements for the Customer Hub with the goal of improving data quality and analytical capabilities acress the related health data systems. The Business Analyst/Consultant will review, analyze, and evaluate the business data systems that will provide data to the Hub and will work closely with agency staff to define and document programmatic and analytical business needs for the Customer Hub, in addition to creating data flow process, system specifications and system documentation for the health data systems that will integrate with the hub. This contracted resource will serve as a bridge between the business problems and the technology solutions. Experience in business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective is required. This resource must be familiar with information technology standards, current and emerging technologies, and business process mapping, and reengineering. An understanding of public health data, systems, and business processes is highly desirable. Excellent communication skils are required. In addition this resouce should be apply principles and best practices of PROJECT MANAGEMENT to their work.
